For any potential new clients that desire to run lab work through insurance we invoice a simple $30 administrative fee for our time.
If you're an already established patient who wants to run labs through insurance you will not be invoiced this admin fee.

If you would like to book an appointment, please know that unless you currently reside in one of the states we are licensed in (AZ, FL, KY, or TN) you must first see us in person prior to commencing telemedicine visits.

There is no online booking available for new patient consultations - either submit a New Patient Documentation Form OR contact us to get started.
Contact us through the website contact form, phone call, or email* (*email is the BEST way to get into contact with us). We typically get back with most new inquiries within 2 business days.
Initial Consultations are $100 for those interested in joining our TRT program - consultation pricing varies for those interested in peptide therapy only ($200 for initial consultation single appointment, $100 per appointment thereafter).
