HOW IT WORKS
Step 1: Complete intake documents
Pay for a new patient consultation. Once we receive the payment we will reach out to you within 1-2 business days regarding intake documentation.
Step 2: Get labs done
After you complete the intake documents we will submit your lab order into Quest Diagnostic's national portal. You labs will go live within 1-2 business days.
Step 3: Have your telemedicine appointment with one of our providers
We'll spend time getting to know you and reviewing your lab work.
Step 4: Receive your treatment by mail
After subscribing to one of our programs you'll start receiving your treatment ASAP! See, wasn't that easy?
